Tony Abou Zeidan is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience in both clinical practice and humanitarian mental health settings. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Lebanese University.
His clinical work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He is Beck-trained and applies structured, evidence-based CBT interventions tailored to each client’s needs. His work emphasizes clarity, therapeutic structure, and ethical clinical practice.
Alongside clinical practice, Tony has worked with leading international humanitarian organizations, including CARE International, Save the Children, and Plan International, focusing on mental health, child protection, gender-based violence (GBV), and psychosocial support in vulnerable and emergency contexts.
He provides therapy in Arabic, English, and French, and works with adults and adolescents in both individual and group settings.
