However, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Cognitive Analytica shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the client’s use or interpretation of the services provided.
Certain services may rely on third-party platforms or tools (e.g., communication platforms, scheduling systems).
Cognitive Analytica does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, performance, or reliability of such external services.
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information provided.
Cognitive Analytica shall not be liable for any errors, outcomes, or disruptions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data.
Cognitive Analytica shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, network outages, armed conflict, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
For corporate or institutional clients, invoices shall be deemed accepted and final unless disputed in writing within 5 days of issuance.
All payments made to Cognitive Analytica are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or delivered.
