Jana Massoud is a mental health professional with advanced training in clinical psychology, special education, and psychosocial intervention, bringing together clinical exposure, educational expertise, and frontline crisis support experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a second Master’s degree in Human Rights, and a special education certification from Notre Dame University (NDU), reflecting a multidisciplinary foundation in psychological care, human development, and inclusive practice.

Jana has developed experience across clinical, educational, psychiatric, and community mental health settings. Her clinical training includes supervised experience at Hôpital Psychiatrique de la Croix, where she gained exposure to psychiatric care, clinical observation, and therapeutic processes. She also worked as a school counselor at Notre Dame des Lourdes in Badaro, supporting students’ emotional well-being, adjustment, and developmental needs.

A significant part of Jana’s work has focused on supporting individuals with learning difficulties and diverse educational needs, providing tailored tutoring, adaptive learning support, and psychosocial guidance. This background led to her appointment as an Inclusive Officer, where she designed individualized learning approaches, conducted skills assessments, and promoted independence through structured developmental and life-skills support.

Jana is currently pursuing advanced therapeutic training in Psycho-Organic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Beck training, while continuing to expand her clinical competencies through structured supervision and practice. She also served as a Lifeline Operator at Embrace, providing emotional support, crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and emotional stabilization for individuals in acute distress.

At Cognitive Analytica, Jana provides supervised online psychological support under licensed clinical supervision, offering thoughtful, structured, and ethically grounded care informed by both clinical training and extensive work in education, inclusion, and crisis support.
