Nadeen Abdo is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist accredited by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and a dedicated member of both the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (LOPSY) and the Lebanese Psychological Association. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Lebanese University, building a strong foundation in clinical assessment and therapeutic practice.
Throughout her career, Nadeen has worked across NGOs, schools, and mental health organizations, supporting children, adolescents, and families affected by trauma, displacement, addiction, and emotional difficulties. She has served as a Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychologist with Inara – International Network for Aid, Relief and Assistance, and has previously collaborated with Oum El Nour, Key of Life, and UNICEF-partnered educational programs, providing psychosocial support, prevention programs, and awareness initiatives for vulnerable communities.
At Cognitive Analytica, Nadeen provides evidence-based psychotherapy primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is Beck-trained in the treatment of anxiety and personality disorders and has additional training in Play Therapy, psychosocial support, and trauma-informed care. Her clinical experience includes crisis management, suicide prevention, projective assessment, and therapeutic work with children and adolescents with special needs.
Nadeen’s therapeutic philosophy centers on empathy, safety, and inclusivity. She creates a compassionate and empowering space where clients, especially youth and families, can explore their challenges, process trauma, and develop resilience.
